These are the terms for using aaronshiner.com.au and for anything you buy on it. "I" and "me" means Vision Real Estate Coaching Pty Ltd (ABN 22 126 525 040), Aaron Shiner's company. "You" means the person using the site or buying from it.
The content is mine
Everything on this site and inside the products, the scripts, letters, videos, audio, checklists and templates, is mine and protected by copyright. You can use it in your own real estate business. You can't copy it, share it, sell it, or teach it as your own.
One login per person
Your login is yours. Don't share it. If a login is being shared, I can close it. If you want access for a team, ask me.
The membership
The membership bills monthly, on the same day each month, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next bill. It doesn't refund the current month, and your access runs to the end of the month you've paid for. A yearly membership bills once a year, at a lower price than twelve months paid monthly, and isn't refunded for the months left.
Digital products
Scripts & Dialogues and any other digital product is delivered to your library straight after payment. You keep access.
Coaching, speaking, network training and the Retreat
These run on the written proposal you accept. The proposal is where the dates, fees, travel and what's included sit. If the proposal and this page say different things, the proposal wins.
Results
I'll show you what to do and how to do it. Doing it is up to you. The results on this site are from real clients and they're not a promise of what you'll get. Individual results vary.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this page takes away the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law lets me, my liability is limited to supplying the product or service again, or refunding what you paid for it. I'm not liable for lost income or profit from using the ideas on this site.
The website
I try to keep the site accurate and running, but I don't promise it will be free of errors. Links to other sites are there to help; I'm not responsible for what's on them.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms on the day you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.
