Speaking
A keynote your agents can use on Monday.
I speak at real estate conferences across Australia and New Zealand. No theory, no motivation-for-a-day. Your agents leave with the words and the steps for the market they're in right now. Face to face, or live online.
On stage at NZREC: Why prospecting is the real treasure hunt in real estate · 2:52 Three talks for 2027
The Shifting Markets Playbook
Getting the listing used to be the hard part. Now it's getting it sold. How to create urgency when the market won't, have the price conversation without losing the listing, and put deals together that don't fall over.
List. Sell. Repeat.
The seven stages from first call to sold sign, and the one thing to fix at each stage. For audiences with a lot of first- and second-year agents.
The fast eat the slow
The big don't eat the small. The fast eat the slow. What the top agents in Australia and New Zealand are doing this year that the rest aren't. And how to do it with the team you've got.
Every talk is cut to your brief: 30, 45 or 60 minutes as a keynote, or a half-day working session with role-plays and real listings.
Or a working session from the menu
The curriculum is an a la carte menu, not a promise to rush through everything. Any of these can be a half-day working session for your agents.
Why me on your stage
I was an agent for 20 years and the first Sydney agent to complete more than 200 transactions in one year. I've done what I'm asking your agents to do. I still coach in offices every week, nearly 600 hours in 2026, so the examples are from this month, not last decade. And I co-founded LockedOn, so I know what your agents' Monday looks like inside the CRM.
So my advice comes from running a business, not just teaching about one.

Questions event organisers ask
- Do you travel?
- Everywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Travel is on top of the fee.
- Can you do a workshop as well as the keynote?
- Yes. Keynote in the morning, working session in the afternoon is the most common day.
- Do you tailor it?
- Always. We talk before the event about your market, your agents and what you want them doing differently on Monday.
- What does it cost?
- The fee depends on the format and the travel, so it comes in a written proposal after a short conversation.
