This page says what I collect about you, why, where it's kept, and what you can do about it. "I" and "me" means Vision Real Estate Coaching Pty Ltd (ABN 22 126 525 040), Aaron Shiner's company.

What I collect

Your name, email, mobile and office, when you fill in a form, save a seat, buy something or send me a message.
What you tell me on a form, including your Skills Audit answers and your score.
Payment details, which are handled by Stripe, the payment company. I never see your full card number.
How people use the site, through Google Analytics cookies. If we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, we also use the Meta pixel, which Meta uses to show you ads on its own apps.

Why I collect it

To reply to you.
To run the membership, the products and the events you've bought or enrolled in.
To send you the fortnightly dialogue and the other emails you've asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click stops them.
To see which pages people use, so I can make the site better.

I don't sell your details, and I don't hand them to anyone else to market to you.

Who holds it

Kajabi, which runs this site, the membership, the products and the emails. Kajabi stores its data in the United States.
Google Analytics, for the site statistics.

Each of these has its own privacy policy, and each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email in one click.
Ask me to show you what I hold about you, to fix it, or to delete it. Email clientcare@aaronshiner.com.au. I'll answer within 30 days.
Block cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.

If something's wrong

Tell me first and I'll sort it out. If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
