Team coaching
A coaching program for your team that gets your stock sold.
Three, six or twelve months, not a training day. This is not your typical training where you attend a conference and listen to a speaker for the day. I'm in your office, or on Zoom, session after session: hands-on, interactive, and I help you implement systems and processes while I'm there. Continuity and accountability, so your people actually follow through on their actions. Anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

What's one extra sale worth to your office right now?
Hold that number. Then read on.
Important = stock in
Urgent = stock out
Hear it from Aaron
Aaron on in-house team coaching ยท 2:40 Sound familiar?
- Good agents having bad months, and nobody can say why
- Appraisals that don't turn into listings
- Stock sitting on the board longer than it should
- Plans made in the sales meeting that don't survive the week
- You're the only one holding anyone to anything
You don't have to sell harder. You have to ask better questions.
The program
The Shifting Markets Playbook
So I've built something new for this market. The Shifting Markets Playbook is a training program for selling the stock you've already got. It's not a repeat of what we did before. It shows your team:
- How to create urgency with buyers who are happy to wait
- How to have the price conversation without losing the listing
- How to put deals together that don't fall over
- How to manage vendors when the market's moving against them
- How to turn this year's appraisals into next year's listings
How it works
Every session follows five steps
Every session has a clear focus. Every session ends with clear actions.
Skills Audit
Every agent scores their skills and picks their top three priorities.
Road map
We agree the priorities, the order and the outcomes. A clear road map of "what to do" and "how to do it".
Agenda
We set the agenda before every session, using your live numbers.
Work the priority
Scripts, role-play, real cases and decisions that move your numbers. Real listings, real vendors.
Review
You put it into action, message me on WhatsApp, and we review it next time.
Strategy. Action. Review. Accountability.
What we can cover
Thirteen modules. Your team picks the priorities.
The curriculum is an a la carte menu, not a promise to rush through everything. Priorities are selected through the Skills Audit, agreed agenda and the live needs of you and the business.

Three, six or twelve months
A one-off day in your office is rare now, and for a reason: the results come from continuity. Most offices run a three, six or twelve month program: two to six sessions across the year, each starting with a Skills Audit and ending with clear actions, with WhatsApp support between sessions.
The thing owners ask me for most
Accountability. Someone your team answers to.
One thing I hear from business owners all the time: they want their agents to be more accountable. Plans are easy to make in December. Following through in February is the hard part. Sometimes just knowing they've got to see me again is enough to make them take action.
- Every agent leaves every session with a written action plan.
- I open the next session by going through it, in front of the team.
- Between sessions, the questions come to me on WhatsApp, not to you.
- The scoreboard and the 10 Daily Tasks Checklist make the numbers visible every week.
You don't have to be the bad guy. That's my job.
Good markets create lazy agents.
So you might say to me, "Aaron, we've had you in before."
Yes, but things have changed. The market's in a different place, and it needs new skills, new processes, new templates, new dialogues and a new way of thinking. My training has changed too. It's now about clearing stock and getting it sold, not just winning the listing. Right now I'm working with the top agents and agencies in Australia and New Zealand. I can show your team, step by step and play by play, what they're doing to navigate a shifting market.
"We already have franchise training."
Good. Plenty of the offices I work with already have franchise training or another coach. I'm not here to replace that. In-house coaching sits alongside it and puts it into action on the floor.
For principals: leadership coaching
Private Zoom sessions for the principal or leadership team across 12 months, starting with a Leadership and Business Growth Audit. Standards, KPIs and budgets, people, culture, recruitment, succession, office marketing and rent roll. Ask about it in the conversation.
Franchise groups and networks: see Networks and franchise groups.
"We can't afford it right now."
I understand. Every dollar in your business has a job to do. So the real question is, what is one extra listing worth to you?
"We're too busy. We just don't have the time."
That's usually the best time to start. Each session is in your office, works on what's already on your desk and ends with clear actions. No extra homework, just a better way to do the work you already do. What would you fix first if you had the time?
"Let's wait until the new year."
Everybody makes New Year's resolutions. But it takes more than resolutions. It takes action. Start now and your plan is in place before the year begins. What do you want working by then?
"What if my team doesn't follow through?"
That's why accountability is built in. Everyone gets a Skills Audit and clear actions after each session, and we review progress at the start of the next one. Who in your team would benefit most?
This coaching is not for people who are not prepared to implement and take action.
Who I work with
Team programs in 166 offices, from the big networks to 77 independents. Offices have me back year after year, some for seven years or more.
Results
"Hi Aaron, just wanted to give you an update. We set our targets for September and absolutely smashed it. We completed 73 market updates, 14 listings and 12 sales. Thanks for the help. Rob"
Rob Horder, McGrath Real Estate. From a simple campaign we worked on together.
"All up, that single session contributed over $100,000 to my GCI."
Paul Parkinson, Sales Manager, MINT Real Estate
"Implementing these ideas into our office helped us make an extra $900,000 in the last year."
Ben Ridley
Individual results vary.
Questions people ask
- What does it cost?
- Every office is different, so the investment comes after a conversation, in a written proposal with everything that's covered. Travel is on top.
- Do you travel?
- Everywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Zoom suits regional teams who want more sessions, not fewer.
- How long is a program?
- Three, six or twelve months. Two to six sessions across the year, in your office or on Zoom. A single day is rare; the results come from continuity.
- Who runs the sessions?
- I do. Always.
- How far ahead are you booked?
- My 2027 dates are filling. Most offices pencil in the whole year in one conversation.
Enrol your team
Three months, six or twelve? Either way, the first step is a conversation.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. You tell me where the team is, I tell you what I'd do, and whether a program is the right fit. Then a proposal, in writing, so you can take it to your partners.
I'll reply within two business days to set a time. You'll also get my emails with new scripts and training.
This is where the best get better.
