The membership

Cancel any time from your account. Your access runs to the end of the month you've paid for. There's no refund for months already used. A yearly membership isn't refunded for the months left.

The Retreat

Your seat is yours. If you can't make it, you can give it to another agent from your office, or move it to the next Retreat, at no cost. Tell me by email. If you cancel 14 days or more before the Retreat, I'll refund what you've paid. Inside that, there's no refund, but you can still transfer your seat. A seat is held by full payment.

Coaching, speaking and network training

These run on your written proposal, which sets out the dates, the fees, travel, and what happens if a date moves. If a date has to move, we find another one.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund where a product is faulty or not as described.

How to ask

Email clientcare@aaronshiner.com.au from the address you bought with, with your name and what you bought. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 10 business days.
