Cancellation & Refund
If you are canceling your registration to attend an event and are applying for a refund, you need to contact AaronShiner.com in writing. If notification is received.
More than 21 working days from the event date
A full refund will be provided
Less than 21 working days from the event date
A 50% refund will be provided.
AaronShiner.com will accept a transfer of the registration to another member of the paying organisation at no extra cost.
Less than 7 working days from the event date
Event registration fees will not be refunded 7 working days from event date or allocated to another Aaron Shiner event. AaronShiner.com cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 7 working day period.
AaronShiner will accept a transfer of the registration to another member of the paying organisation at no extra cost.
A full refund will be given to all registrants if an event has been cancelled by AaronShiner.com.
Non Attendance
If a registered attendee fails to attend an event for which they had registered, the event registration fees will not be refunded or allocated to another AaronShiner.com event.
In-House coaching
Cancellations:
- If you cancel your event and provide notice more than 14 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of the booking deposit amount. However, any travel expenses already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
- If you cancel your event and provide notice less than 14 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit booking amount. However, any travel expenses already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
